Trails - Gentle and Accessible Stroll

The Parc régional des îles-de-Saint-Timothée is free access in the fall, winter, and spring.
It’s the perfect natural setting for a stroll through the riverside woodlands.

You can explore natural and landscaped trails, and there are also easily accessible paths for strollers.

The trails are located in a nature conservation area and are marked with interpretive signs. You can spot over 100 species of birds, including the great blue heron, northern oriole, blue jay, and pileated woodpecker.
