Boat launch

In Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, there are six boat ramps providing access to various bodies of water:

• Marina Valleyfield | direct access to Lake Saint-François (private service - no permit required)
• Parc Marcil - Victoria Street | direct access to Lake Saint-François
• Bord-de-L'Eau - Joannette Street | direct access to the Saint Lawrence River
• Cardinal - des Cascades Street | direct access to the Saint Lawrence River
• Pointe-Bayard - Hébert Boulevard | direct access to the Saint Lawrence River
• Parc régional des Îles-de-Saint-Timothée | direct access to the Saint Lawrence River

Other boat ramps near Salaberry-de-Valleyfield also offer services and parking spaces, including the Halte aux Plaisanciers ramp.

Access Permit

A seasonal permit or daily pass is required for public ramps, excluding the Marina Valleyfield ramp.
These permits can be obtained from:

• Service récréatif et communautaire | 275, Hébert Street
• G. Leduc Sport Hunting and Fishing Store | 101-B, Cousineau Street
• Halte des Plaisanciers - daily passes only | Route 201, Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka (Self-service box available from 7 am to 9 pm)

Cost

Daily pass / per boat:

• $40 Access to the 5 ramps in the territory of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield (ramps #6 to #10 on the map)

Seasonal permit / per boat:

• Residents of the Beauharnois-Salaberry RCM: $40 Access to the 11 ramps in the City and throughout the Beauharnois-Salaberry RCM territory (all locations identified on the map)

• Non-residents of the Beauharnois-Salaberry RCM: $300 Access to the 11 ramps in the City and throughout the Beauharnois-Salaberry RCM territory (all locations identified on the map)
